Is the free tier a trial?
No. Free means unlimited local dictation with no time limit, no word cap, and no card on file. It stays free.
What exactly does Lifetime cover?
All Pro features on the Mac, all future updates, and the iPhone app when it ships. One payment of $179, no renewals.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Vocelle isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it — no questionnaire required. Purchases made through an app marketplace follow that marketplace's refund process. Details are in the terms.
Do I pay again for iPhone?
No. Pro and Lifetime cover the iPhone app the day it ships. iPhone is in development — we don't sell it separately, and we won't charge twice for it.
